SMS Terms
- When you opt in to SmartInterop SMS, the text-messaging program operated by SmartInterop Corp, you will receive recurring automated clinical-workflow text messages about case reviews you submitted: intake acknowledgements, requests for missing information, notices when a draft or checklist result is ready, and status updates. If you also check the optional marketing box, you will additionally receive marketing and promotional text messages from SmartInterop Corp.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and no further campaign messages will be sent. To rejoin, submit the enrollment form again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for help, or contact support directly at jenny@smartinterop.xyz.
- Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
The sections below give the full program detail behind these terms: enrollment and consent, frequency and charges, opting out, support, permitted use, delivery, privacy, changes, and contact information.
The messaging program
SmartInterop SMS is operated by SmartInterop Corp for clinicians and clinical staff participating in a case-review workflow. Messages may include case-intake questions, requests for missing information, AI-generated draft summaries and checklist results, and updates about the workflow.
Participants who separately check the optional marketing box on the enrollment form may also receive marketing and promotional text messages about SmartInterop products and features. Marketing consent is optional, collected by its own checkbox, and never a condition of using the clinical-workflow program. Enrollment and messaging depend on program availability. These terms describe the program and do not enroll you by themselves.
Enrollment and consent
Review the public SMS enrollment instructions and submit the enrollment form. This is the only enrollment method. The notice identifies SmartInterop, describes the messages, discloses frequency and potential charges, provides STOP and HELP instructions, and links to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Submitting that form with the consent box checked gives SmartInterop Corp your consent to send recurring automated SMS for this program at the number you entered. The consent box is never pre-selected. You must be authorized to use that number. The confirmation message identifies SmartInterop SMS, confirms enrollment, states that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and provides HELP and STOP instructions.
SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a product or service. Accepting general service terms or reading this website does not provide SMS consent. Consent is specific to SmartInterop SMS and is not transferred to other businesses or marketing campaigns.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions and clinical-workflow activity. An exchange may involve multiple messages.
Message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive. Your wireless provider determines charges under your mobile plan. Any software deployment or subscription charges are governed by your separate written agreement with SmartInterop.
Stop or restart messages
When messaging is active, reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After your opt-out, you may receive one confirmation message. No further campaign messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
To rejoin, return to the SMS enrollment page and submit the form again. If your mobile number changes, let us know or update your enrollment so messages go to the correct recipient.
Unsubscribing stops program messages. It does not automatically delete saved case records or cancel a separate software service agreement. See our Privacy Policy for information requests.
Help and program support
Email jenny@smartinterop.xyz for program support. Once messaging is active, reply HELP to (447) 226-0123 for messaging assistance. You can also write to the SmartInterop contact address below.
Program support is for enrollment, delivery, and use of the clinical workflow. It is not a route to a clinician and does not provide emergency assistance.
Permitted use and human review
Use only synthetic or properly de-identified case information. Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, identifiable reports, or other protected health information.
The assistant is a service, not a clinically validated diagnostic device. AI-generated summaries and checklist results may be incomplete or incorrect and require review by an appropriate supervising clinician. A checklist score is not a calibrated probability.
Do not rely on this program to diagnose, treat, decide that care can wait, or handle an emergency. Use your institution's established clinical and emergency communication channels for patient care.
Delivery and availability
Delivery depends on your device, wireless network, messaging providers, and service availability. Messages can be delayed, fail, or arrive out of order. The program does not promise continuous availability or a particular response time.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use delivery status or the absence of a reply as confirmation that a person has reviewed a case.
Privacy and your information
Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved in messaging, AI processing, storage, consent records, and your choices.
We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process information needed to deliver or support the program. SMS consent is not permission to use your information for another business's campaign.
Changes to the program
We may update these terms or suspend or end the program as its availability changes. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide notice or obtain new consent when required for a material change in the messaging purpose. Changes to these terms do not expand your existing SMS consent.
These terms govern this SMS program. Separate deployment, subscription, data-ownership, and software-license arrangements remain governed by the applicable written service agreement.
